Being the Best We Can Be Serves the World
When I look at the long list of questions I’ve posted from The Playground of Possibilities (see them on Facebook and Twitter), I sometimes wonder whether the “What would be possible for me…?” question is just encouraging us to be greedy, selfish and egotistical.
And then I remember that ever since the concept of The Playground of Possibilities first occurred to me, I’ve felt that it’s about committing to being the best that we can be, for the highest good of all concerned.
When we focus on healing our own thoughts, beliefs, stories, attitudes and behaviour (which are the only things we can control), we become more loving, caring, peaceful, compassionate, responsible, courageous, generous, resilient, healthy, joyful, happy, playful, spontaneous, trusting, patient, grateful, confident, mindful, present, creative, tolerant, respectful, forgiving, inspired, inspiring and unshakably determined to express our unique gifts and skills in service to the world.
And that’s good for everyone and everything.
If you’ve been reading and responding to the daily questions I post on Facebook and Twitter, or you’ve had the opportunity to attend an event and use my prototype card deck, what changes have you noticed in your life?
